"HOWDY Do-Dat"

I recently had an opportunity to do a photo shoot with "HOWDY Do-Dat" and Terry the Magician with his little buddy "Woodrow". This is a VERY talented man and it was a great privilage to be able to shoot his promotional pics.

This dragon fly decided to pose for me long enough to get a few shots on a recent trip to the lake.

"Carmen" - Freestyle Shoot

Had the opportunity to photo a beautiful young lady today. She has some amazing eyes and an awesome smile with a very sweet personality. She was very relaxed and enjoyed being in front of my camera.....and that is what every photographer loves!!

Brother's & Sister

These kids were soooooo much fun to work with. They had fun all the way thru their photo shoot....and so did I!!!! They made me wish I was young again!

Emeree Faye's Photo Shoot

This little one was just too sweet and adorable. She wasn't real happy with us taking her picture but she allowed us a few moments to snap a few shots for her new mommy. This was my first newborn shoot.

Getaway Weekend

Went to best friend's house this weekend and stayed a few nights. Had a great time. We visited the dinosaur park which was pretty boring unless you had small children. We hit up the Sam Moon store which was AWESOME and we spent some relaxing time around the pool. "Petey" even posed for me and let me get some great shots of him! Had a great time and hated to come home.

Texas State Capital

While spending a week in Austin, Tx this week I had the opportunity to visit the state capital for the first time in my life!! It was AMAZING!!!! Sooooo much history on that piece of ground and even under that roof! The structure was so beautiful and I was just in awe of the whole thing. Hard to believe this is where all of are laws are made. Here are a few pics I snapped of my trip.

Annual Kids Fishing Day

April 17th was the anual Kids Fishing Day at Lake Cooper State Park. This event was hosted by Lake Cooper State Park. There were many volunteers and sponsers who helped to make this a great success. There were 81 children in attendance this year and kids catching fish everywhere! Great fun was had by all and I worked hard at trying to capture the excitement on these children's faces. Sidney's FreeStyle Shoot

Had another awesome photo shoot with a beautiful little model, Sidney. She is so easy to work with as it all just seems to come so naturally to her! I do wish I had her long legs though and she had my shorts ones! LOL After taking her set of pics, I have to say they ALL turned out so well!!! I could not decide on a favorite one nor could I even find a bad one!! Thanks Sidney for a great shoot!

Jessica's Maternity Photo Shoot

Had my first maternity photo shoot last week with a sweet little "mommy-to-be", Jessica. We both had so much fun doing this shoot and I have to give her a BIG thumbs up for working so hard to do what I asked of her! I know she is soooo excited about her new little girl getting here. She will be a great mommy!

Has anyone ever seen a red bluebonnet or even a pink one? When we first saw this we thought we were seeing things. But then we realized they were actually bluebonnets. The weaird thing was that we saw THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS and MILES and MILES of bluebonnets, but we only saw these red and pink ones in one little spot beside a road. And there was just a handfull of them. Never saw them again and we even WATCHED for some more!

Texas Wildflower Road Trip

Tony and I took a "spur-of-the-moment" road trip down in the Texas hill country this past weekend to check out how the wildflowers were blooming. Took us a while to find some but when we finally did they were EVERYWHERE.....and oh so BEAUTIFUL! Check out what we saw!

Lake Cooper Nature

Last weekend my husband and I took a drive out to Lake Cooper State Park. We rode around for quite some time but I was finally able to grab a few shots of some deer and pretty birds. I LOVE doing this on days when we have nothing else to do. There are many times that we go out just driving the east Texas back roads to see what we can find.
